1. Deep Breathing
– Be under the lap of nature or close to the sea. Be calm, be still. Feel the Holy presence of God in you and intake a few long and short breaths alternatively through your nose and breathe out through your mouth. It can provide your brain with more oxygen.

2. Eat a Banana
– Bananas are a natural source of Beta Blocker and are a common musicians friend in combating anxiety. Having 2 Bananas one and half hour before an exam can really help in calming you down.

3. Think Positive
– Conjuring a happy memory or the biggest compliment you received from your music teacher is an effective way to take away your nervousness and help you regain focus on your exam. Not forgetting, God’s Grace is sufficient for you, no matter what!

4. Enjoy
– Never think and rethink about the mistakes if done but enjoy every moment of your performance and you will communicate better with your examiner.
