Becoming a Certified WholySpoves Instructor (CWSI) means we will consider you part of the WholySpoves family. As such, it is important that we know something about you and that you agree with the Statement of Faith as outlined below.

We believe the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, are the inspired Word of God to man, the infallible authoritative rule of faith and moral conduct.

We believe there is one God, existing eternally; revealed in Scripture as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We believe the Lord Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. The Scriptures declare: His virgin Birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His shed blood and substitutionary death on the cross for us, His bodily resurrection from the dead, His being on the right hand of God the Father and His soon-coming return in power and glory.

We believe in the lost condition of man to sin, and man’s need for a Savior, and that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential for eternal life in Christ.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. We believe in the resurrection from the dead of the saved and the lost; that the Bible declares there is a real heaven to be gained as well as a literal hell from which we can choose to be saved (“If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved” Romans 10:9).

We believe in the Body of Christ – in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

I assume all responsibility for my participation in said program(s). I further certify that I have conferred with a physician and have determined that I am fit and able to participate in or teach an exercise program.

I intend for this statement to be binding in my successors and heirs, and hereby agree to hold WholySpoves harmless for any and all expenses and/or judgments which may arise, including, but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.

I understand that it is my responsibility to see to it that my classes are covered by Liability Insurance, through my homeowner’s/renter’s policy, or my insurance company; or through the church or facility where my WholySpoves classes are being held.
